Do I need to have an email address with a custom domain in order to sign up for an email marketing service?

It depends on the email marketing service, but I always advise that you do have a custom email address for your marketing campaigns. For example, it is best practice to use yourname@yourname.com instead of using Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc. This will help immensely with deliverability. If you don't currently have a custom email created, I'd be happy to help you create that.
What email marketing platforms do you work with?

I'm most familiar with Mailerlite, MailChimp, ConvertKit, and Wix. If you're using a different platform, please contact me and I'll see if it's something I can help with.
What type of payments do you accept?

I accept secure payment though PayPal.
What is your pricing?

(All prices are in USD) For a brand-new one-page website featuring one book or service, I charge $900. This includes all the items listed on the Website page but does not include fees for your Wix plan, domain hosting, email hosting, or any additional services. For a brand-new multiple page website featuring more than one book or service, please contact me for pricing. For a revamp of an existing site, please contact me for pricing. To configure your email provider, I charge $100. This includes all the items listed on the Email page but does not include fees for your email provider, email hosting, or any additional services. To integrate BookVault into your Wix website, I charge $100. This includes all the items listed on the BookVault page but does not include fees for any additional services.
What countries do you do business in?

I'm based in the United States and do business in any English-speaking country.
Do you revamp existing websites?

Yes, I do revamp existing websites that are built in WordPress, Weebly, or Wix. Please contact me so we can discuss your current site and talk about the changes you'd like to see.
How long does a new website take before it's live?

Once I've gotten started on your site, I can have it completed in about 4 weeks. The exact timeframe will depend on how quickly you can review changes, and how complex any changes are to make.
When my site is complete, who makes updates going forward?

I offer free training after your website is complete. I will teach you how to use Wix to make changes to your site as it is. So, you will be able to add new books, services, promotions, calendar events, etc. If you're not interested in making your own updates, just let me know and we'll work out an ongoing or one-off plan!
Do I need to purchase my domain before getting started?

Yes, but if you would like help with that, I'm happy to help.
If I want a newsletter sign-up form added to my site, do I need to have that set up ahead of time?

Do you provide support?

Absolutely! Once you're on your own, I'll still be here to help. In addition to the training you'll receive, you will also have 30 minutes of free help within the first year. If you need more extensive help than that, we can definitely work something out.
